The cotd for Tuesday, September 23, 2014 is from the Silver Witchcraft Tarot by Barbara Moore.  Artwork by Franco Rivolli – Lo Scarabeo 2014

Silver Witchcraft Tatot - King of WandsKing of Wands:  The Architect;  The greatest things have not been created in a day.  A true Architect understands the need of planning and patience and let things grow slowly and steadily until they are completed.  (pg. 137)

People of the Silver Flames are known for their charisma, energy, optimism, charm, leadership, and warmth.  They can be driven and passionate.

Patience can be one of the hardest virtues to practice, let alone ever master. but you will fare much better by being patient and not rushing things.  Whether this pertains to people, places, projects, life experiences, etc., rushing can cause less than satisfactory results.  As the saying goes, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”,  and this isn’t the time to get ahead of yourself no matter how badly you are tempted.  If you get into too big a hurry, you will find you have skipped steps, and very important steps they are.  Being methodical is the key now.  So, if the idea of racing to the finish line (whatever that may be) remind yourself to be patient, don’t take short cuts, and your end result will be much more rewarding.

“Patience is power.
Patience is not an absence of action;
rather it is “timing”
it waits on the right time to act,
for the right principles
and in the right way.”  ~Fulton J. Sheen
