You’re likely risking physical, mental, and emotional burnout. There is nothing more stressful that the demands we put on ourselves, and when we feel we fall short, our stress levels grow exponentially. Of course, the best way to avoid this is to not get caught up in the cycle in the first place, but we don’t always recognize that’s where we are headed until it’s too late. Give yourself a break. You can only give 110% for so long before it catches up and you crash.
