Page of Cups – Five of Coins – Queen of Swords
“You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.”
― Maya Angelou
The message(s) that are coming are not all bad news, but they do tell of setbacks. There’s no point in pouting or having a hissy fit, it won’t help and you won’t feel any better for it. Make the most of a bad situation and before you know it, you’ll be coming out on the other side sooner than you think. If you’re like me you’ve experienced this many times over and you’d think it would be easier each time, that you’d be used to it by now. Codswallop! I say.
If you happen to be looking a a “lean” spell (as I am) you’d be wise to tap into the energy of this Queen. She is nothing if not logical and practical to a fault, but her energy will help you get through and deal with the present situation. If you cross her she’s not likely to back down. It’s not in her nature. She carries that sword for a reason and she’s not afraid to use it. She can “fly like a butterfly and sting like a bee” when push comes to shove.
How would you read this combo? What do you see?
