This weeks Soul-Full Sunday Oracle reading is from the Dreams of Gaia Tarot by Ravynne Phelan, Blue Angel Publishing – 2016.
“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.” ~Melody Beattie
Seven of Fire
The week begins with the energy of the Seven of Fire, and tells us to listen to and trust in our intuition. Whether we are aware or not, we receive signs, messages, gut feelings, etc., every day. How we perceive and interpret these signs is as individual as our finger prints.
“In actively using and then trusting your intuition on a regular basis, you may find you observe more, and in turn, you learn more. You start to see and take notice of signs and messages along the way. Using and heeding your intuition can lead you to opportunities and experiences that offer the potential to both fulfill you and inspire others. The Seven of Fire represents a need to actively develop or trust in your intuition and instincts at this time.” (pg. 247)
The middle of the week brings the Healing energy found in card 11 of the Major Arcana.
“The Healing card symbolizes a need to reconnect and listen to what your body, mind, and feelings are telling you – to work with them instead of against them. Whether it be as simple as addressing a physical ailment, or address the empty ache that comes from denying ourselves enjoyment and connection, this card signals that it is time to rip off the layers off illusion, and protective armour, and the masks, and look at what lies beneath. ” (pg. 76)
In whatever area your healing needs lie, body-mind-spirit, pay attention to the signs and seek the help needed.
The end of the week brings the energy found in the Eight of Water. This particular card is the “feel-good” card – mentally, emotionally, and physically. By the end of the week we hope we are feeling better as we have, hopefully, followed the advise and sought the healing we most needed. If this card had a motto I think it would be, to have an attitude of gratitude.
“It is important to approach life with delight and joy, to take time to laugh – at life and at yourself, if needs be. It might be unrealistic to hope to be happy all the time, but by taking the time to appreciate the people, the beauty, and the abundance in our lives, we create moments when our happiness is deeper and more enduring. When the Eight of Water appears in your reading, he symbolizes the importance of expressing gratitude and appreciation. We all have good in our lives. Cherish it in the here and now.” (pg. 283-284)
Wishing you a happy and fulfilled week of discovery and gratitude.
May your continued Journey be long and unfettered.
