“Collaboration has no hierarchy. The Sun collaborates with soil to bring flowers on the earth.”
― Amit Ray

When we collaborate and cooperate with others there is a greater chance of success. New methods brought to a project can be beneficial as long as everyone is willing to adapt and the same goal is shared. Quality work and a pride in craftsmanship will help ensure the end product is achieved as envisioned.

As the saying goes, ‘there is no I in teamwork’ and that is clearly shown in the Three of Pentacles. This weeks endeavors have advanced to the halfway point and your project should be well under way, or at least a very solid plan has formed. The creative start, with the help of leadership and direction, (see Monday’s post) have shown the wisdom of adding different skill sets. Now, the collaboration is paying off, but who says you have to stop there? You’re ready to move on to the next phase and now is the time to incorporate those who have the skills for the assembly. Others who are inspired and wish to see the project come to fruition as much as you do.

Although cooperation through collaboration is the best way to go, you will need to keep an eye on all aspects of your project/situation. The Three of Pentacles shows the work is moving along nicely and you may find yourself lulled into a false sense of security. Now that there are others involved, you will have some time to keep an eye on all aspects that are ongoing. The Six of Cups shows a more slowed pace where there is time for daydreaming as an escape from putting all your energies into the current project. But, you cannot afford to stay there very long, a quick break and back to work.

Seldom do we welcome The Tower in a reading. This is the time when your attention to detail and vigilance in monitoring the progress and process, will pay off. You cannot always predict the action or reasons of others and although such actions may not be intended as malicious, they could wreck your well laid plans and/or your vision of culmination.
